Research areas
Research focuses on chromatography and instrumental analysis, including applications of separation techniques and mass spectrometry in studies of chemical compounds (including volatile compounds and glycoside derivatives). His projects and publications include topics related to the analysis of aroma/odor constituents as well as research at the interface of analytical chemistry and food science.
